We understand that plans can change, and we have established the following cancellation policy to accommodate such situations. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of product or service you have purchased. Please review the details below:
General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to connect.malhardesigns@gmail.com.
- The date of the cancellation request will be considered the date we receive your email.
- Refunds:
- Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.
Architectural Design Services
- Initial Consultation:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Design Phase:
- Cancellations during the design phase will be subject to a pro-rata charge based on the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
- No refunds will be issued once the final design has been approved and signed off by the client.
Interior Design Services
- Initial Consultation:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

- Scheduled Workshops:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Consultations:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Special Circumstances
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel due to a special circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a mutually agreeable solution.
