General Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Client:
   • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to connect.malhardesigns@gmail.com.
   • The date of the cancellation request will be considered the date we receive your email.
2. Refunds:
   • Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and the stage of the project at the time of cancellation.
   • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation confirmation.

Architectural Design Services

1. Initial Consultation:
   • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 7 days of the consultation will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
2. Design Phase:
   • Cancellations during the design phase will be subject to a pro-rata charge based on the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
   • No refunds will be issued once the final design has been approved and signed off by the client.

Interior Design Services
